FAQs
When will my order ship?
A lot of my items are Made-to-Order. That means I have to sew your item prior to shipping. Current turnaround time is about 3 weeks. If you are hoping to receive an item by a certain date, please reach out to me and let me know! I can often accommodate the occasional rush order.
Can I request a Comission?
In general I do not accept a commissions. If you see something in the shop that you want in a different color, please feel free to reach out to me! That is often a request I can accommodate. However I do not currently have the capacity to design or re-design plush. If I ever open commissions I’ll make sure to post this to my socials!
What are the weighted plushies made of?
Good question! The weighted plushies will be filled with one of two different types of items: Plastic beads or glass Beads. I do not use food items such as beans or rice as weights for my plushies
Can I return an item and request a Refund?
Please always contact me if you have any issue with your order. I put a lot of love into each plushie and want them to be adopted into happy homes. While I cannot promise a refund for instances where the buyer did not read the description, I will always do my best to come to a solution we are both happy with.
I saw somebody else who made a plushie just like yours!
I make plushies from patterns that are not designed by me. I will take these patterns and build off of them to create unique designs but the original base idea is not my own. Therefore there are likely to be many plush artists who create items similar to me. All patterns used in the production of the plushie are listed in the description of the product.
I’m learning to sew plushies myself! Can I ask you a question about the construction of a plushie you made?
Please do! I don’t believe in the gatekeeping of art. If you like something I did with a plushie and want to know how I did it, just ask! I will gladly share any tips or tricks that I can.
Why are your plushies so expensive?
Each plushie is a unique handmade piece of art that I create myself. I pick out my own fabric, cut out the patterns and sit in my small townhouse sewing room to stitch everything together. When you purchase a plush from me your not purchasing from a giant cooperation who mass produces plush. Your purchasing from an artist who really loves what they do and wants to create something special.
